I had some ideas of what I want to do someday to some cars.
Idea 1.
1. Buy a cheap FWD Opel, I was thinking a Kadett D hatchback or Voyage.
2. Aquire C20LET 2.0 liter engine (Not expensive, and plenty available). and swap it in the Kadett.
3. Dress up your Kadett with some Irmscher parts and hoon.
I almost bought a C20let swapped D Kadett as my first car..
Idea 2.
1. Buy a big Volvo 740 or 240 or other RWD Estate car (extra points for Japanese).
2. Sell interior, install racing seats and
3. Install Roll bar (extra points if car is white and roll bar is coloured)
4. Hoon
These are my ideas, I need to work on them a bit.
What do you think?
What are your doable future ideas?

Nissan 240sx S13 and turn it into a track monster with a SR20 swap later down the road. I am making a parts list currently even though I don't plan on buying one until a few years.

I always wanted to make my passat RWD, via an awd swap, welded center diff, and removed front half shafts. Now that that car is gone, owning something like a Cobra (even a kit car, IDGAF) is up there, along with some flavor of old cool car(corvairs, caddy's with horns on the front...)

These cars are getting expensive fast. I really like these cars too.

non-econo tires on my wrx. But I have to admit, low grip and big sidewalls makes for hilariously predictable handling. With big sidewalls the card leeeeaaans a bit before sliding

I'm debating one of three things;
1) Cunningham C-? kit car. I don't know which model, and I don't even think they make one. I'd love to do that, though.
2) Datsun Z car. Make it shine. Bequeath to my daughter.
3) Crosley Hot Shot. Race at historical racing events. Look goofy. Remind people it beat a Ferrari.

Nice ones are, the crappy ones are still pretty cheap. I find them a lot of the time for around 2 to 3 grand.

one of my dream projects is to swap a 3s-gte into a 1st gen rav4. But it would be a full mid engine swap locking the differential in the gear box with a spool and running dual torsen rear diffs front and back with long travel dakar style suspension and just enough flare/cutout to make it appear only mildly modified. I don't know why. I just really want a turbocharged mid engined awd DAKAR rav4. excuse me for a second, its time for my meds.

well I just bought a fairly low mile '04 Seville SLS that a bit rough around the edges but 80% where I want it to be though. My plans are to fix all the interior trim bits as previous owner is wheel chair bound and that thing broke some bits off. then stabilize what little rust there is and paint over it, respray exterior. Love these cars and hope to enjoy it for many many years to come!
